+ Teal Grantham – President
Teal started her career in Property Management in 1990 and served as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager and Property Manager in Columbus, Georgia with one of the nation’s largest private developers and managers of luxury apartments. In 1998, Teal joined Mid-America Apartment Communities, a NYSE-traded REIT based in Memphis, Tennessee, as a Multi-site Manager for the Georgia Region. Teal continued her career as a Multi-site Manager with PRS/PCM Management, based in Roswell, Georgia. Teal supervised the operations for as many as 9 apartment communities throughout Alabama and Georgia.
As President, Teal is responsible for supervising all of G2 Multifamily managers and staff, preparing, implementing and managing annual budgets, preparing monthly financial reviews, marketing for lease up properties and stabilized properties, developing a market-ready program to control turn over expenses, supervising and maintaining delinquent rents, stabilizing occupancies, maximizing income while minimizing expenses, negotiating monthly service contracts, and developing and maintaining good resident relations for resident retention.
+ Craig Grantham – Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining G2 Multifamily, Craig worked as the CFO of one of the nation’s largest private developers of luxury apartments where he was responsible for financial analysis and approval of multifamily development projects, construction and permanent financing, insurance and risk management, accounting and financial reporting, property dispositions, and human resources.
Craig has been involved in overseeing the accounting and financial reporting of over 26,000 multi-family units and office properties throughout the southeast. Craig has obtained construction financing for over 10,000 apartment units totaling over $750 million, secured permanent financing totaling more than $500 million, and raised over $250 million dollars of investor equity financing for multifamily projects.
As CFO, Craig is responsible for managing and supporting critical accounting functions for G2 Multifamily which include financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, property tax negotiations, and cash management. Additionally, Craig partners with functional groups (Property Management, Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.) to develop strategic solutions and ensure G2 Multifamily products and services and other business needs are aligned.
+ Mike Baker – Regional Vice President
As Area Manager for G2 Multifamily, Mike assists the President with daily operations. Mike is responsible for assisting in marketing for lease up properties and stabilized properties, developing a market ready program to control turn over expenses, supervising and maintaining delinquent rents, stabilizing occupancies, maximizing income while minimizing expenses, negotiating monthly service contracts, and developing and maintaining good resident relations for resident retention.
